How many capsules should one take?
Take 2 capsules per day with water, preferably before a meal.
The capsule can also be opened and the contents mixed with liquid or

What is collagen
Collagen is an anti-wrinkle protein that helps keep skin firm. More than 70% of the skin's proteins are collagen.
When does collagen production decrease?

What are the patented ingredients?

2/ The eco-friendly collagen type II concentrate (Cartidyss®, France), of which only 0.5 grams is needed per day. After three months, 26% fewer wrinkles and a 39% increase in skin density are observed. This has been scientifically studied. (10)
